Fitness for purpose

On the whole, I think that the email service is one that is certainly fit for its purpose of allowing quick and easy communication between numerous people almost instantly, because it does exactly that! Users can send letters, notifications, pictures, documents, and all else that can be done digitally, making it a very handy tool which can assist with both organisation, as well as distributing information. It is also a handy tool which can be reasonably cheaper to use in the long term compared to some of its alternatives such as sending letters.  Although the email service does have some cracks, such as certain security issues like email being a hotspot for phishing scams and spam mail as well as spyware, yet these drawbacks to the service do not outweigh the service’s benefits.
