  • If a business has bad reviews online, they will not receive as much sales as people won’t think that their product/service is a reliable one
              - Businesses with bad reputations are likely to have bad reviews online and in the media. As a result, people are less likely to associate with those businesses, and instead choose other similar businesses which they may see in the media or on the high-street. This is an example of how decision making impacts businesses in a negative way as their customers decide to shop at other places due to media influence. 
  • Entrepreneurs may be less likely to buy into franchises with bad reputations
              - Entrepreneurs or anyone else thinking of starting a business with a jump started reputation will always turn to franchises. However, if a franchise has a bad reputation or is not very popular, again, media will influence these people to turn away from these franchisors and ultimately take their business elsewhere.
