Intended user for online weather forecasts

Online weather forecasts are a service that can be used by pretty much anyone! This is mainly because of its ease of use, and generally simple structure, which allows users to navigate effortlessly. It can be used by people, mainly teenagers, for simple day to day things like deciding whether or not they should wear a certain piece of clothing, for example they can find out if it will rain on a certain day, and if it will, they can avoid wearing something like shorts, and will know to carry an umbrella if they dislike getting soaked by the rain. It can also be used by older people if they are planning outdoor parties/picnics, or if they want to know about any hazardous weather which may be approaching, so they can prepare accordingly for this, for example if there is ice, they can ensure they have appropriate tyres on any vehicles, or if there is any exceptionally strong wind, they can tie down any garden furniture to avoid having it fly through a window, as that is dangerous.
