Working Styles

Time is money. Everyone knows that. In our information age, people are not ignorant to this fact, and so are always looking for ways to condense long processes into shorter ones, essentially making them more efficient in the process. An example is writing essays; before the influx of great new technology, the public would write out a draft on paper, and then annotate, scribble and makes changes all on the one copy before having to write everything out again as a final piece - a very arduous task indeed. With the introduction of word processing, users are able to type up drafts,  and make amendments to these with ease, and without making a, sometimes illegible, mess of them. Furthermore, users are given the ability to back up all data, so unlike paper, documents are not easily lost.
