Overall effect of different working
styles on lives in the information age
Overall, I think that the addition of new and more advanced working styles and techniques has assisted people in their lives greatly. This is because it allows for people do either do things which they previously could not, or to speed up old tasks and increase their efficiency – the introduction of newer working styles have changed the fundamentals of how certain tasks are approached today. Although these working styles can be rather costly in some cases and may require specialised training to be used efficiently, or the fact that they could create unrecognisable formats, these drawbacks do not at all hold back this aspect of life in the information age in its stride. Though this does not greatly affect social lives, and are only really very useful for personal lives in particular, or professional lives.
