Enhancements for email

The email service can be improved by a number of ways such as having better filters, those to reduce spam mail, those to cut down on phishing scams, or filters to detect harmful attachments in emails to ultimately make the service more “friendly” and safer to use. This could lead to users of this service to feel more comfortable when using the service as it is safer.

Although it is unlikely, it would be a great feature to allow people to send emails without having to use internet, for example email could be paired with mobile communications, so when the internet is unavailable, emails could be sent in the form of text messages, and then could be translated from text message form to email form. This would ultimately mean that if an email urgently needs to be sent, it still can be sent at any time of the day, without the internet.
